Wireless lighting

Can anyone help,need wireless lighting controllers is there any receivers that can fit in a metal back box that work.
MK have told me that the echo range only work in plastic.
Lights are not in ceiling,surface mounted fed from a spur on finished tiles.
Chasing tiles out is not an option at the moment.

Dont think you understand the concept of wireless, they usually transmit radio waves so sticking a receiver in a metal box will block out the signal.
Sorry just read again it says backbox, ive not come across any that retrofit like this and its very expensive way to do things, cheaper re-tiling

Rako are very good checkout there web site. Could you not hide the transmitter behind the light in the ceiling. I've fitted 100's of Rako modules with no comebacks.
