Would anyone happen to know where I could get my hands on a copy of wiring regulations for Ger many? I recently moved over and am renting a house , which in my opinion, would probably fall foul of many of these regulations. Need some ammo before I confront landlady, to get it sorted!

Give us some examples of these faults you think are falling foul of VDE/DIN 100

where to start,
Not had proper look yet, tester in one of many packing boxes,
· outdoor skt, no RCD protection
· All visible JB's in cellar damaged, would notpass IPX2
· visible, in damaged JB's:- cpc's not connected.
· no cpc's light fittings
· Lots of DIY cpc's + n fitted together in chokyblocks.
Could go on, but too drunk @ mo
Thanks for hint, as to where I can get regs from, will looktomorrow.
Will also post some photos of CU , dose not comply with 17thedition!

OK,
- Ootdoor installations without RCD are allowed, when they are old enough.
- Damages which expose wireing are not allowed. Non connected cpc's are also possible, if you have a old TNC-S indstallation, whichw as extended during the years. Then it is required _not_ to connect the cpc's unless eveything behind is a TNS- Installation.
-chokyblocks are also valid in a old installation - there was nothing else 40 years or more ago
- löights usually have no cpc in many installations of older buildings.
From which Year is your building?
