HI. I have a problem with the Wise Box coverage. I have placed the 4 button switch inside and after the door is closed , the switch is not working. I will be grateful if anyone could help!

Would help if you explain what Wisebox units you have installed, and what you are operating...??

4 circuit wise switching box with 4button controller fixed to the wall and 4button remote

Have you auto learnt the remote control

Can only suggest move receiver to another position in the premises,

there is an aerial cable connection block in the unit , but even if this is connected and the cable is inside does not make any difference

Either receiver is faulty, or something is blocking the signal, trying moving the receiver, testing in different parts of the building

Does anyone know a way of having a 4 circuit Wise dimming box (WISESCENE VR3ECG) repaired? One of mine suddenly stopped working completely (all four channels) but all four small fuses inside are intact. Therefore I can only assume that the problem component is on the input side, serving all four circuits
