had a very nice judge, he told me how to go about getting the money, i am guaranteed most of it, i will just have to fight them for the rest!

not much to tell, they didn't turn up, judge agreed i had been unfairly dismissed, nice pay out!

think i may treat my self to one of them there ipads, some on the dreaded Christmas and some for a rainy day,lol
