Wot No Economy 7

What in your esteemed experiences are the *typical* reasons why a DNO's Economy 7 timeswitch might not be switching? The witching hour comes and goes, others adjacent get their lovely lovely cheap leccy, yet on the offending installation the incoming tails on the Economy 7 board remain resolutely dead. Or maybe they're not dead, just stunned. Pining for the fjords. Beautiful board, the Norwegian Blue. Beautiful plumage.

If so the switching time will mysteriously change by 1 hr on the 30th March

That's what my one does, when the clocks change it'll go from being on midnight till 7 to being on 1am to 8am...but again mine's a modern on. And suspiciously small I always think. (Yes yes, ha ha.)
