wrong EICR form

Just been told by the letting agent that the last lot of EICR's I've done have been rejected by the council, because it's not on the official NIC form. Been using PIRForm for the last 3 years, not a problem until now.

you don't need to be in a scheme to do an eicr. I do loads off iet website

You know what these jobsworths are like hasn't ticked the right box reject it. No mention of the EIC and MW certs, they must have gone to someone else.

Tell the council to learn how to read, then they will see the information meets the requirements of the regulations, and not those of some random company they have selected.

If your with nic then just pass it onto them to sort out, I had exactly the same thing with PIRForm and Napit last year on a commercial periodic so just pushed to Napit legal cos that's what we pay for
