anyone still fitting wylex consumer units , have they sorted out their problems with the mcbs melting , is it worth still using them?
 
good thing with proteus is you can fit the CU then worry about the knock outs, nothing like fitting the board then realising you need to try knock a bigger hole,, but not too big! used to fit crabtree starbreaker all the time, nice layout but as above, gota get the knock outs right before you fit
 
Still can't see the appeal of wylex (and have never have made anything good imo), ugly, unreliable grey box on the wall. Also lost my temper many times with trying to get the knock outs out and another cable in when adding circuits to them.

Don't mind MK (ok the cover is a pig to get on) but normally using contactum (or the British General version) still
