Ok Leo even though it says to link in diagram ? Cheers

The wiring diagram of an LP522 does not say to link L to 1, unless they've put the wrong sticker on the back of it?
The terminals from left to right are:
Neutral
Live
1 - dhw off
2 - ch off
3 - dhw on
4 - ch on

The single channel version has a volt free output so would need a link from L to 1 for normal 240V operation.

little tip.I keep the drawings as above in a plastic wallet in the van door. It helps a lot for the various wiring plans to follow them.

Actually a good idea, that said after a while you won't need a drawing if connecting up heating systems regularly, but good advice netherless fella
