Y plan

I was just looking at the Y plan diagram. In a box at the top it states that when there is 230v to the grey wire of the valve the orange has 50v - 150v.
Why is this?

I regularly see ads for sparks with experience in wiring Y plan boiles.I take it Y plan is the wiring configuration?.If i am correct then experience isnt an issue just an ability to understand the wiring diagram?

If you look at the writing above fig 6 , it says voltage reducing resistor or diode, this will be where the 50 /150 v will come into play

Y plan is the configuration to the 3 port valve. Primary pipe from boiler enters the valve the splits like a "t" one side to hot water the other to hearing circuit."Y" shape.
Although I could be wrong lol!
