NEDL covers York.
they will only be interested in the cut-out not the meter, and if you want to upgrade to TN-CS (PME) it will cost £150
steve.
 
Yep, now nationwide, used to be £35 in some counties and free in thers that were being upgraded but all now £150 if the sub station is PME compatable.
However if the cut-out looks damaged or out of date it is totally free as they have a 'duty of care' to the customer that all equipment is upto date and its only us sparks that let them know. Meter fitters don't give a ----.:)
