I didn’t know Mickey Mouse was moonlighting as a sparky.

At a quick look items

2. I don’t believe there isn’t a double pole mainswitch in a consumer unit.

6. The sheath of twin and earth is its own mechanical protection. Unless it’s in a workshop or somewhere where it can be damaged.

12. Nonsense.

Other things, the reasons they give for needing an rcd are not valid…. And if they were, they should only warrant a C3

Here is a pic of the CU showing the main switch. I believe the CU is a 16th edition MK unit.

My take on it for what its worth.

The photo in post #3 immediately disproves item 2
Item 1, 3 - Agree
4 - Disagree (C3)
6 - Disagree (See post #2, sheath is mech protection)
7 - Photo would help but sounds legit if not fixed and live parts accessible!
8 - Why? If 4 lighting circuits in one mcb test them as 4 lighting circuits (Maybe bigger board should be recommended).
9 - Agree
10 - Partial agreement
11 - Agree unless supplementary bonding to bathroom then C3
12 - Photo!
13 - Not necessary if there is an accessible socket below worktop which provides isolation.
14 - No Local Isolation - Agree
15 - See 11.
