OK

Whats the problem i dont understand ?

can you explain please ?

Mate, we are just trying to establish how your getting a direct measurement of Zs from a socket outlet of 108 ohms, without answering the other simple questions that I asked me or anyone else will probably be unable to help with your problem.

Ok: I think before any of us answer any question you might have you need to answer the questions already asked of you.
I've gotta be honest: From what i've read so far i'd say either you have'nt got a clue or your taking the P***.

I did a small course

Can you help or not ?

Ok if you want help then you need to answer the questions that have already been posted before we can give you advice. Why were you checking the Loop ? was there a fault or were you doing FC or a PIR. As for your question of: If we know what we're on about, then yep we do, we all do this for a living.

If your doing this sort of work you should be competent, if you are competent please answer the questions that we asked,
If your stuck just be honest and describe what you have done in detail and we will try to help.
alternatively get a copy of guidance note 3 as I feel this will be beneficial to you.
