Getting back to OP wants to know "how to test" and why on the schedule of test results there is a Zs @ db

"How to test" treat it like a Ze test but with the earth conductor terminated to met.

"Why to test" ascertain what the external resistance is with parallel resistances in place

This needs to be tested and result written down even if the CCU don't feed a sub main.

If you do have a sub main you use this as your Ze at that board

That's what my tutor told me anyways ;)
 
I would go for Zs (or Zs at the DB if you like) as Zdb is not a recognised term.

Really, ...never come across anyone that's been in the game for any length of time that doesn't use the term Zdb!!
I'm even sure i have old text/reference books and the like, that refers to Zdb!! It's been around ever since i've been in the industry and what i was taught to distinguish a Zs value at sub-distribution boards and the like!!
