Yes,the idea is to test the battery duration first unit failed ,second unit also failed and passed in third unit.To confirm it again I tested a different battery on the first two unit that failed too. What may be the cause it doesn't meet the duration? Is this three separate units?
Yes three different units of same circuit design.First ans second failed duration at 150 mins as rated duration is 180,But the third one passed.First two also failed while trying with different battery. What cause that to happen?PleaseIs this three separate units?
If three separate units and you have tried different batteries then the faulty units are probably draining to much current.Yes three different units of same circuit design.First ans second failed duration at 150 mins as rated duration is 180,But the third one passed.First two also failed while trying with different battery. What cause that to happen? Please
Thanks for your kind reply. They are LED and gears are quite new design .We will test the units to sort it out. Thanks againIf three separate units and you have tried different batteries then the faulty units are probably draining to much current.
Are the floro or LED.
I have replaced a few hundred old units over the last few years at work and we are now all LED.
We have dramatically reduced our fail rate.
