that's a time delay RCD. and MK RCDs are generally L on right.

Yes, should still trip within 300ms X1 possibly cause the L wants to be on the other side?

Hi guys, my mate sent me it and it’s an upfront RCD for DB in a farm yard (TT) he went through how he tested it as he has brand new tester (Martindale) a similar version to mine and he didn’t flick through the settings and put S which is time delayed, hence why it was saying failed X1 eventually tripped at 310ms so all good
At least your friend knows for next time.
Is it the same friend who had problems with RCD testing/trip times a while ago?
