As above. I've only been on this forum for 3 months and the single person that has bent over backwards for me and others has been Phil. His help has been overwhelming from a man I've never met. This I believe needs more than just a thank you. Your doing great work on here and make people like me aspire to become like you. I'm sure others feel the same, may I become the first to get the ball rolling to say a big thank you and wish you all the best for you and your family.

I haven't been around that long and not wanting to take anything away from Phil but all the mods and admin here seem pretty keen and helpful.

must be careful with the praise, lads. phil will be having to get a joiner in to widen his front door. ( only joking, Phil. i myself have benefitted from your input on the forum, likewise from other useful contributors who know who they are. ) that is what the forum is all about: knowledge being passed on from those who have it to those who need it: apart from a few laughs along the way

certainly are mate. i am just a very small cog in a big set of wheels :) i would not like to do it without the help and support of the others

btw, phil, how are your reptiles doing. we just got a bearded dragon, female, orig cost $500 from US. told she's quite rare

the chameleons are good m8 thanks. the female has turned into a real misery just lately. got bitten twice the other day by her when i was trying to sort her tank out. just need them to get on with the breading now as £200 an egg and a poss of 80 a time will add up to some days off :D

thats an absolute stunner. i had a massive female before. made a big viv stack in the utility room for them. i am down to 2 panther chams and a frog now. i could get carried away with the reps. see them love them and want them :D i quite like the rankins dragons

In the spirit of this thread the knowledge has been invaluable and the banter great.
Thank you to all. I love this place so much I can't get enough of it on here. :)
Phil your obviously a top spark and a top bloke so thanks for all the help. There are a few of you out here and your help is always most appreciated.

Oh well Phil, if you're the boy to ask, then it saves me a phone call to London Zoo. Phil, I've had a Komodo dragon illegally shipped to me and it lives in the garden. Do you reckon I can help it 'develope' a taste for a nasty horrible King Charles Cavalier? This dog, that belongs to my missus seems to have a HUGE problem with me for some reason!!!
So I've decided that it has to go, but the mutt is higher up the ranks in my house than me.... After all, he is 'better looking than me, and smells nicer' according to the missus anyway. So I was thinking of introducing them to each other when she goes out tomorrow. Whatta do you reckon?

best way to deal with a king charles hairy mutt is to show it to a roundhead ( that's the round head of a 4lb hammer), or, as was done with king charles the 1st. a nice sharp felling axe.

Tried that... I made a mock up of a madam de le guillotine, purely just to show the kids how one would work you see. Got the mutt into position and i was just about to release the blade when the missus came in the garden and caught me...
