At this time of rising unemployment, retail stagnation, one of the few growth areas in our country which the public is embracing is being swiftly chopped down by our Energy Minister because it is proving to be too successful!
This all stinks of a "behind doors deal "done with the energy giants by DECC. (they like and support the Green deal as well)
They probably won't play ball on building new carbon friendly power systems along with their political donations otherwise.
Did anyone notice the announcement in the commons a few hours later on Drax and a recycling power plant (31 Oct) after the bombshell?
That got buried!!!!!
