Does anybody have or know where to get an Excel Template for printing domestic fuseboard labels. I made one up a while ago for 3 Phase Memshield boards.

It looks so much neater and an overall professional finish everything in the same font readable. Drives me crazy everything scribbled on.

I got one of these recently, don't know how I managed before. It's lovely. The wife pinched it and has labelled every box and tub in the kitchen cupboards and freezer. I didn't mind until I got to a job and found I had no tape left! Still, at least I won't get the salt and sugar mixed up from now on (a common occurrence and potential risk in any kitchen apparently). :)

I already have a label machine, I don't find this looks as good as one complete label, plus being able to do it in excel opens up a world of possibilities.

I can see I'm going to have to design a new template once I get my PC back.

On the Brother, you can print a complete CU label with all the ways, RCD etc. it looks the dogs b*****s, and is one complete label! Once you've got the hang of using it, trust me you'll never look back. Plus you can print electrical / AV / IT symbols, and can even design your own on the PC. Better and quicker than faffing with a computer template.

It's the P-Touch PT-7600VP. I think that's the top of the range one. Go onto Brother's website to see the differences in models. It can do 4 rows of text and can easily handle standard CU labelling, plus all the warning labels you'll ever need. I paid 99 quid for mine off ebay.
