went to change a light fitting on found no earth to lights, client said last spark to look at fault on lighting circuit couldn't find the problem so left cpc out of board. took me about 15min's to find it.

Fairly clear cut, frequent problem unfortunately.

it's a gazebo.
i tried to explain the dangerous state the circuit was left in but got the usual it works so i must be ok.

cpc used as a manual switch wire. al least he put red tape on it. and no cable restraint either.PLONKER.
