Dodgy meter move, how to fix?

Some pictures would be good, is the cut out metal clad or plastic? I have in the past run 25mm tails from the cut out to a KMF mounted at the cut out then run split concentric to henley blocks and from there tails to the meter. Fit a double pole isolator after the meter for future isolation...

    Main fuse keeps burning

That appears to be a series 7 cutout, the same as used over here in the UK. The most common cause of overheating is either a loose connection within the cut out ( They use 3mm hex screws) or you are drawing excessive current. Here in the UK you cannot do any work on the cut out unless you are...

30 Amps DP mains supply concern

Could be my tired eyes but pretty sure all those meter load tails are 10mm, non of those meters should have 10mm load tails connected directly to them. All the neutral current appears to be via a single 25mm tail. Bloody mess for sure!

HELP 3 phase masonary saw wiring

Motor theory.. was that Flemming’s left or right hand rule? I would go along with a missing phase given the motor’s reluctance to turn unless helped to and the buzzing indicating it is phase locked. Has anyone checked the PR?

Doorbell Wiring - Ring Pro and Honeywell

Sounds like a lot of work for just a doorbell, have you considered an extra large door knocker or asking visitors to ring you when they arrive.

    Oh goody, a quiz... C1 or C2???

This comes under Mocopa not BS7671, I would say that you have a duty of care to report this to the DNO under an A07 code (exposed live conductors) had it been TNC-S it would have been a C20 code(missing combined neutral earth cover on DNO equipment)...

    Really high electrical bills?

That’s an Elster Smets 1 meter, you should have one of the energy display units paired to the meter in order to monitor your usage. Also which tariff are you on? It should state this on your bill i.e single rate, E7, E10.

    Various Test Equipment for Sale

Yes, good point, I did think about doing this but if it didn’t sell reasonable quickly then the calibration period would be less when it did. I would be quite happy to have the calibration done before sending it to a buyer and add the cost in.
