i had a quick look but couldnt find anything, i remember i did what you are trying and the relay just chattered and wouldnt stay in, i think the resistance of the lamp must be equal to the resistance of the relay. not sure about the volt drop accross the two tho. my mind thinks they should both...

Fitting dol contactor for 415 v3 phase fans

no most coils controlling motor / fans are the same voltage as the motor / fan they are controlling especially when there is only one start stop unit. if you think about it there is one cable coming in to the dol starter and one cable leaving, both are carrying 415 volts 3 phase

Fitting dol contactor for 415 v3 phase fans

well you can get away with a 415 volt dol unit but you will have to state you are not using 110 volt to cover yourself. you would have to use a transformer to step down from 415 or 230 to 110 volts then this 110 volts is your control voltage powering the contactor coil via start stop & emergency...

Fitting dol contactor for 415 v3 phase fans

only if its remote from the start stop unit otherwise i would just use 415 volt coil, as there is no need for 110 volt

Fitting dol contactor for 415 v3 phase fans

the 110 volt is probably for safety if remote stop buttons or remote emergency stop buttons are required

well shower & immersion on different rcds so they can still wash cooker & ring on different rcds so they can still cook food (using microwave for example) lights i would put on with shower and cooker for example, dont put lights on with ring so they can use lamps plugged in for light.

What is a Landlords Safety check?

surely it depends on the size of the property, £25 an hour = 2 hours less a bit for travelling. a lot can be checked in 2 hours, if last pir cert is available and furthest readings are simular, bonds are in tact etc. if this company are going to give you lots of work its the spratt to catch the...
