    December 1st 2391 exam

    Last examiners report stated only 31% passed 2391 in the summer exam. ~You won't get marked down on spelling but you will be hammered on correct terms ie Circuit Protective Conductor NOT CPC. The pass mark can be moved up or down but assume a worse case pass mark of around 70%!!! Good Luck!

    Sector skills council for construction. They now hold all the purse strings for funding for all construction courses.

    Summit skills have said that they will no longer fund courses for people who are not in the trade, therefore the tech cert only courses are no longer in funding, hence the increase in tuition fees.     Hi everyone, thought I'd say hi. Ian, College Lecturer teaching 2330, 2382, 2377 2391. Becoming evermore disillusioned with faceless bodies tampering with electrical training. We need to start producing sparkies who can do a job, not just a head full of H&S.
