    Greenwood Airvac rectangular fans

Both motors have worn ball races and they labour for about 10 minutes before finally starting. I can't split the fan open because it's sealed so replacing the fan ball races doesn't seem to be an option.

    Greenwood Airvac rectangular fans

Yes it's quite wide! And the jacket/container is buried into the wall with only the socket to receive the plug built-into the fan housing. The sleeve is 170mm approx deep into the wall.

Hi, I have a Greenwood Airvac rectangular fan in my bathroom and need a replacement because this is no longer manufactured. The only replacement I can find is somewhat smaller and I don't want to retile the bathroom! Does anyone have a replacement (320w, 125h, 170d approx)? Even if it's...

which automatic wire stripper is the best?

These strippers are brilliant... strip T&E, flex, three core & E, just about anything very easily. I have 3 pairs because I could never be without one... There are other types that strip face on instead of sideways, but I've not used them.

Old Wylex consumer unit with BS3036

Old board? I was installing these as an apprentice! Old spark! If you look at the spark guard you will notice the whole front can be knocked out for protruding mcbs so theres no need not to have it fitted.
