    Hi Murdoch. Yep have a clamp meter / tong type , not been asked to go back as yet as its only tripped once. They asked me why it would happen , I'm not too sure so thought I would ask those more learned than myself. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Hi handy sparks. Thanks for the reply Boiler switches off at 9 and rcds tripped at 10.30 so can't be that, fridge and freezer are on same circuit so only one rcd would trip. Just very strange they both went at same time There is a time clock on each circuit but them both to fault at same time...

    Hi Murdoch. I had one very similar a couple of weeks ago and NICEIC went along same lines as you. Install a plastic fitting, Issue cert , sticker the board stating which circuit is involved and back it up with a covering letter. Arse covered. You can't second guess everyone all the time...

    Saw this in pro electrician and am unsure what's wrong. I know I'm sticking my head over parapet here but what's wrong in the photo Thought it may be that the L. and N have been swapped but didn't think that would matter. Mostly use Hagar boards and they say it's ok Ta DNR
