Your find all the schemes work on the same Qualification set up for full scope.
That's rich coming from them when it was not so long ago one of their assessors could not even get a JIB card as an Electrician he only qualified for a white labourer's card.

I always thought the tub of lubricant that came in the packet of ends was to help ease the pot on to stop the cable twisting. How many times you heard the screeching noise where someone is forcing the pot on.
You install and dress it properly, you shouldn't need anything lubricant to strip it...

Use either a metal conduit box or metal adaptable box.
When I worked on a couple of Thames Water treatment sites, all the connections made to the pumps/switches/accessories flexes etc the swa's were made off into pvc adaptable boxes for the obvious reason's.
