    I have had to install an additional socket in a conservatory this way. The customer wanted to put a LCD TV on the wall but did not want any chasing out or trunkings and wanted the socket and ariel points hidden behind the TV.     White Ashley ones are Wago, and as long as you press the lever down on the top of the block (instead of just pushing the wires in) they are ok for stranded cores.
