Wago should make one where one cable goes in one end and the other fits in the opposite end, it would be a lot neater in CU's etc. Also it would be nice if the connectors clip together to make them neater. I saw a rival product in RS yesterday but didn't have time to look at them properly...
I was asked what it is but I have no idea.
A landlord is requesting the client carry it out they are saying its a requirement. Presumably a landlord requirement not legal.
I believe it's something that is issued after a inspection and test is carried out. I think this is for a domestic rented...
He said he's not coming back for now.
Why don't you do it?
i had to listen to a 15 minute rant about it from someone at work. I told him about the e-petition but he didn't seem interested. I asked him 2 weeks later if he had signed it and the reply was "why should I"
When i was around 15 I used to have a 12v power supply and for some reason the top cover was missing. As it was stored on the floor (!) I needed something to cover the incoming side of the main switch. I used a sock.

I'm not sure if the offer is still on now though.
Phases 1 & 3 and 2 & 4 would produce 460v between each other as they are 90 degrees apart and thus 'fully immersed' (can't think of a better word!).
I don't think connecting them together wouldn't do anything unless you are using two phases, connecting the other two phases would effectively...
Not being one for maths, would the phase - phase voltage of a 12 phase system be:
SQUARE ROOT 12 x Uo ?
So if the Uo is 230v, the phase - phase voltage would be 796v ?
I'd love to do level 3 of 2330 unfortunately I don't think anywhere will let you do it with out doing level 2 first. I actually read the level 3 book before I did the 2382 course, I struggled a bit with induction so had to buy the level 2 book then understood it! The rest of level 2 is pretty...
