    Consumer unit for shipping container

True, but what about the contents? Is is wood battened and dry lined with stud partitions for a start. So no better than a brick house with all the usual wood components for e.g.

But that would be rather more expensive than an old container that they are fitting out themselves, surely?

    Consumer unit for shipping container

Hi Folks I've been asked to quote for a consumer unit, supply cable and some internal wiring in a shipping container on a private caravan plot (single family residential). The container will be used as a shower block. The mains supply will come from a meterbox installed on a post on the plot...

    Failure to operate insurance

It could be. Although to my mind the clause does seem to indicate that if they failed to operate due to faulty work on my part I still wouldn't be covered. Personally if anyone tried to claim for damage to property resulting from failure to operate, I would be arguing that the system was never...

    Failure to operate insurance

I would not think so as they are specifically excluding it - "Z013 - Inefficacy Exclusion (Alarms) We will not provide indemnity in respect of liability arising from the failure or alleged failure of any fire or intruder alarm to warn of fire or smoke or intrusion. This Endorsement is applicable...

    Failure to operate insurance

Hi folks. Last few years I have had to insist to my insurance broacher that I need failure to operate insurance for smoke alarms as well as the standard public liability insurance. Now they are saying all the insurers they work with specifically have a 'product failure exclusion'. I think it...

I did point to a few experts disagreeing with the narrative earlier on. I'm sure there are many more. Who are the experts supporting it? Bill Gates? Neil Fergusson? Even WHO have backflipped and no longer support lockdowns. And what about asking a few economists how many people will die...

But this ignores all the videos of empty hospitals. And then there are the treatments suppressed to justify the emergency authorisation of a vaccination. Oh, and it is refreshing to be allowed to give an opinion. In lots of other places doctors and scientists are having posts and videos...

But there are so many problems with these figures. For example, anyone who was admitted to hospital and tested positive and then died was put down as a covid death - even if they died from a heart attack or injuries sustained in a car accident. And it seems no-one is dying from flu this year...

Just to clarify - I mean state by government in this instance - to include civil service and whoever is pulling the strings - not government in a party politics sense.

So sorry for your loss Strima. That is really sad. But I'm also glad you can still take an objective view of it, unlike so many. Of course some are dying. Maybe even slightly more than from regular flu. But it's a sliding scale - where on that scale do we decide suddenly that we have to...

The tests produce huge numbers - something like 97% I believe - false positives. Quite agree with regard to the cumulative figures being nonsense. And not adjusting for increased testing is just plain ridiculous and dishonest.

A bit of satire from some conspiracy theorists: https://ia801707.us.archive.org/4/items/eFilingComics3/37_Asterix_and_the_Chariot_Race.pdf . Oh wait, this was published in 2017. I rest my case. TLDR? Turn to page 14, then page 39.

I agree up to a point - but I would say if they believe the masks will keep them safe then that's their choice, except perhaps when it comes to the children. Personally, I'll go for good diet, sunlight fresh air and exercise any day.

Yet some people have filmed inside hospitals and they are empty. I know someone who worked in a hospital (in a non-medical capacity) and said it became empty after the 'pandemic' started. There are choices. No-one has the right to tell others how to look after their own health. Give me a...

There are two reasons government ministers, civil servants and the like might not care about depleting treasury finances. One is, they can and are simply printing more money, which is exactly the same as raiding people's savings accounts as it devalues the currency. The other is, treasury...

There are actually quite a few top doctors and scientists saying things to the effect that the risk from the virus has been grossly exaggerated. Heiko Shöning and Dolores Cahill are a couple of examples. Look up '12 experts questioning the coronavirus panic', '10 more experts questioning...'...

Bonding of Water pipes (plastic incomes)

I agree if it comes out of the ground as plastic and goes back to plastic before entering the individual flats it does not need bonding. I would say if it goes into individual flats as metal, it needs bonding even if it's plastic where it comes out of the ground. I'm pretty sure the regs say...
