Update: Sent SE a message on Facebook and was contacted by their UK support. New Optimiser required. They will arrange a service partner to come and fit it at no charge. My faith is restored!
So far not impressed by SE support responsiveness. Trouble ticket raised on the 15th remains dormant. I called them yesterday to be kept on hold for ages at position 1 in the queue. Selected call-back option and, guess what, no call back!

Hi All,
It looks like I have a failed SE optimiser (showing zero voltage on monitoring portal). The system was installed in November 2011.
My installation company appears to have been dissolved. What are my options for getting it replaced?
We are in SN14, near Bath.
Thanks,
Andy
Thanks Ted,

My question is, can the deemed...
Just received this in an email from SE. Can anyone supply the referenced meter and sensor?
Expert corner - Consumption metering

Generator packed in this morning at 06.30. Restarted at around 08.00 but is running at 47Hz! Inverter won't start up due to grid under frequency errors.
We had noticed that our supply was going to be switched to a generator today. Indeed it happened - this is now installed at the bottom of the street. Can you guess what time it was attached? SolarEdge inverter seems happy enough, although it hasn't been very sunny today.
Yes, I agree the module is NOT compatible. The PiggyBack board however, according to SMA, is
SMA SWPB-10 Webconnect Piggy-Back - Accessories - SMA - Inverters - GPC Europe
