    I dont know about the anti fliker device but try a different brand of led, some work with certain existing transformers. You might get lucky. Tim

    We are finally on our way, taken the back roads through brentwood. Only half hour till im home. Total journey time from milton keynes to leigh on sea will be 5 hours, time for a beer.

    Its still holding, and no sign of the coppers yet. We are on the a12/m25 roundabout and its complete gridlock, havent moved in an hour. The 10mm is tripled up so it should hold, and the woman in the golf has already hit us going down the exit ramp lol. No damage though.

    All the coppers are busy closing the motorway, we have moved 1/2 a mile in the past 90ish mins. If a copper did come by im sure he would see the good side of what were doing.

    I understand where your coming from, my view was that given the amount of melted cables we found, i only took pictures of a couple of bits, testing may not show up the damage as the cables may not be touching anything else yet.     Currently stuck on the m25 and saw a lady and her kids stuck as there car had broken down in the middle of all the traffic. We are currently towing her, slowly, around the m25 to get her to the services. The best bit, we have no tow rope so a bit of 10mm has done the job
