The tester apparently didn't even know what voltage he/she was doing the IR testing at, or any mention of how they've managed to get RCD test results when there's no RCD mentioned, and presumably don't know where to find max zs values in bs7671 as they are N/A as well.

The guys a clown, removes socket, no terminal block or anything on bare wires, turns circuit back on. Bad enough if your the only person on site but the customer is wandering about? And your filming this for everyone to see? Come on
I wonder how many car charge points are actually getting tested.... the circuit maybe, but the charger? Again it will be the conscientious who are having to fork out for expensive test equipment.... charging more to install.. losing work to people who don't..
