I'm not looking to avoid the tax, I currently keep Rishi in new underpants and socks to the tune of about Ā£180k a year in taxes. It's more of a company focused on a domestic market than my commercial side, and being able to offer a sensible price to the average house.
Spent
Long story short, I spent about 10 years as a spark after leaving school. I just got 16th edition, COMPEX, pat and a few other quals from the employer at the time. Then I switched into doing fibre build for the last 10 years. As fibre is slowing down over the next 2-3 years, I'm bringing...
As it was explained to me, you can write anything in the book so long as it already exists in the book somewhere in original print. Tabs, etc are fine.
CIS registration is pretty simple. Give the CIS helpline a call and request to be activated as a cis subcontractor. Not contractor though, there is a difference. You can do it online now too I believe.

I've never seen or heard of one that could. What I can tell you is don't use duct tape to repair one if you put a hole in it. A friend of mine did just this in the army and a set of tents went up in flames. Fortunately no one was injured
I went with a partner. We're able to support each other and take time off knowing the other is at the helm. We split all profit 50/50 whether we have time off or not. We have our moments when we don't agree but we usually find a way to compromise with each other.
I like my red CK clackers as I call them. CK automatic wire strippers. Only naff part is the measuring plastic piece, snapped after about 2 days. And the crimps nipping two holes in your thumb when you're on a roll and not paying attention to hand placement
I have about 4 or 5 of the big ones as we tend to work with 1km and 2km drums. They are good but they become a bit unstable as the drum empties and the weight drops
I like my Kewtech, it's cycles quite intuitively through from dead to live tests on the mode dial. Only gripe is the backlight doesn't stay on for long
