Just done a bg 10 way today and noticed the cover went on easier when I fit an mcb on the unprotected way as a spacer between the main switch and the rh rcd.Could be changed for an rcbo if ever needed.

Once got an RA of 6 ohms on a steel farm building by drilling and tapping a girder for the lug.Would have been ok for a B6 on a lighting cct I think.

You may find the output of a shaver socket is too low for a power tool and as said the frequency is different in uk so it may run too slow or overheat.

If there is access to a loft,remove the box and fan and place a ceiling grill over the hole and an inline fan in the loft.Ventaxia are good.
