    I dunno....Went to this previous year...(mcbs cleaned before the pic was taken) contained the situation.

    Quarterly-6 monthly crap!

    It's frightening the amount of tenants who can't tell me where the DB is. Regarding the rcd testing i had an interesting one the other week. Went to do an eicr turning the power off flicked the mcbs off then pushed the test button on the rcd ....no luck....turned it off and on manually a few...

    EICR CODE too close to pipes

    I always mark things like this such as a socket right next to radiator etc as a c3 referencing the schedules 5.19 suitability of accessories for external influences And things like cable touching pipes etc as c3 5.2 cables correctly supported throughout their run. That way you're not saying...

    Building Inspector/18th Edition

    It was designed before the 18th was the go to so surely it's fine?? Sounds a jobs worth. Use the cable ties to hog tie him somewhere

    Lost for words.........

    For instance the 18th now states when installing trunking that u need fire clips inside...previously u didnt. Doesn't mean you now have to take it all down and start again. I code it a c3 and mark it down as 5.2 in schedule of inspection where it says cables being correctly supported in their run.
