    Hello guys I will not be carrying out EICRs for friends and family ever again as my judgement has become some what cloudy. Thoughts on the below breakers in a commercial kitchen covered in grease? i have suggested new fuse board ?

    there are no requirements for supp or main bonding within the building supplied in question , SWA only used as a CPC on sub mains and not supporting main bonding. But yes quite right i think its a factor of 6 or something?

    If a cast iron internal drain pipe terminates outside into a clay drainage point is this still classed as extraneous conductive part. I am being super careful as an NICEIC inspector had me box off a soil pipe on a PME system earlier last month and dont want to come a cropper again.

    Replaced the fuse board on existing installation, could not access origin at time of install and DNO had no records. unfortunate for me on my inspection there was access and confirmed PME .

    i could never get access to the origin, turns out we could on my assessment and discovered the building sub main was off a PME 50mm SWA twin. thats the issue. a big mistake for me as assumed i could limitate it on the EICR

    Swa sheath size too small

    it is supporting main bonding however i dont think it fair to say its smaller than 10mm. i counted 20 strands of steel at 1.5mm diameter
