within a building supplied my a PME system it’s not possible to main bond the extraneous conductive parts effectively back to the origin.

Resolution instead of changing to a TT system remove the extraneous conductive parts.

Water pipe: this comes out the ground so change this to plastic and put a stop cock on the plastic section then box it off.

Soil stack: simply just box it in.

Can anyone see anything wrong with that? Saves allot of agg

Unless I have missed it I assume this relates to your other threads, so is this can install you carried out or an EICR you carried out on an existing installation.

Hi Chris,
This is your 4th thread related to the same issue. Unless there are more I don't know about. You could have kept all the different queries related to it in the one thread.

Just TT the Installation as your assessor has requested.

That's if your customer is now allowing access.

Good luck Pete

P.S. I am now out.

Surely it would be quicker and easier and cheaper to just TT it than bother with changing pipework and carpentry? Would boxing in the soil stack comply anyway?
This was actually a question I was asked in my assessment for stroma and the answer was to TT the installation.....
