    New toolbag suggestions?

I had one of these before upgrading to a Veto. Very good bag and would go back to it if I ever had an issue with the Veto that made it unusable.

Veto pro pak xl to buy or not

Haven't regretted getting my Pro Pac XL at all. Well worth the money.

    Adding an electric element

Only problem with existing pipework is that it'd have to be routed to feed into the side of the t-piece as opposed to the bottom of the towel rail, 9 times out of 10 on a retrofit install it looks bad! (Unless you plan on cutting a hole in the wall!) Pipework should be easy to rearrange since...

    Holesaw kit recommendation

Can't go wrong with Starrett. Highly recommend the "smooth cut" variety for the smaller ones (20, 25 & 32mm).

    Adding an electric element

Depends what your plan is? Do away with wet altogether or use a T piece to "dual fuel" it? Bit of faff either way main thing being draining heating system and refilling after.

Broadband to garden office: a tale of moving master BT sockets, WiFi woes and long ethernet cables

Best option is to try and run the cable away from any power cables as best as you can, if there's no other option shielded cable may help. To minimise loss you might also want to avoid unnecessary joins, so crimping an RJ45 connector onto each end and plugging it directly into you router, etc...

Replacing a gas boiler with electric.

Is there an electric shower in the property? If so might have to think about a relay too.

Ignitors. Thankfully the breaker stopped it getting that far although the repeated switching back on by clueless foreman didn't help matters! Interestingly the other 3 were still working!

    rewire

Been under some right horrible floors. Recently got stuck in a loft when the joiners went for tea and didn't move my ladder back (by accident apparently). Was a good half an hour before anyone passed/heard me haha.

    Moving forward

Richard has hit the nail on the head. This is probably the most important part if you want to succeed. Know your limit, this should stop you shooting yourself in the foot! By the sounds of it you'll be doing this around another job so just take it easy initially and as you get more confident...

Unused new combi boiler bought 6 years ago but not plumbed in.

Don't see the point in R G's comment to be honest. If it has been kept warm and dry I wouldn't see there being any issues.

    wiring for bathroom extractor

You've answered your own question in a way. Simple enough job, using your tester identify permanent live, switched live & neutral and connect it up! EDIT: beaten to it!

    Marxman hole marker

Don't knock them until you try them. Can be bought for £7ish and meant to last 250 uses which I think would make it good value. Found it useful for marking fixing points for bulkheads onto roughcast walls where there is no other option.

    DADE

To be fair your linked one does look like a more refined version of the last one I saw. Know all about the older adjustable ones and the utter chaos that's caused when the adjuster loosens itself!

    Pete's Videos KIN WHAT

That wouldn't be Photonicinduction by any chance? I would worry about it if it was him, he's a very clever man, if a bit mental!
