I can’t speak for the RCD devices referred to herein but I tend to use Timeguard PIR sensors( for switching lights inside & out) in preference to the doorbell manufacturers models that my wholesalers peddles. Never had any trouble with them.
I rarely use cool white at all, as people seem to prefer the warmer look, un less there is no natural light at all then cool seem to work well.
My personal fave are JCC FGLED10s; bright enough to get away with putting fewer fittings in. I’m not a fan of rooms that seem to have more downlight...
