    Hi Mark . The hob needs its own supply back to the fuse board .Get a sparky in to have a look he may be able to find an unused existing supply.

    In my lounge i have 10 in a H shape . 4 on each side wall and 2 in the middle on 2g dimmer . Usually only have 2 on in the middle and dimmed . Lounge is a relaxed environment in my opinion so should be dim and cosy

    Cutting is the easy part , Knocking the concrete out is going to be your difficulty . Criss cross cut along the channels and get yourself a heavy duty breaker .

    I won't be recommending AFDDs to anyone i work for . Stinks of corporate back handers . I have devised a way of testing them though ... It involves a kettle plugged into a socket and me at another socket arcing the live wires whilst doing a headstand on the 18th Edition

    Why do they hinge at the top ? Its a pain in the arse . especially if its been mounted low down

    Interesting ....... Its an invicta board with a different door . Makes a mockery of all the other manufacturers who have the drop down door . And if the door doesn't close itself what is the point in it being metal
