    C2 for me . Im not having my name on a condition report where someone can screw into a lone live conductor with no additional protection on an installation that requires additional protection on all cables buried at a a depth less that 50mm .

    What a laugh :D. Not seen it bodged like that myself but have seen on numerous occasions surface boxes recessed into plaster :rolleyes:

    I find the hammer action on all sds drills to be very aggressive and only suitable to new/solid brick and blockwork . If you have to drill into old material that has a tendency to fall apart use your combi drill on hammer action .

    Test to see whether the steel structure requires bonding . If it is introducing an earth potential and requires bonding test whether each section requires linking . Quite simple really .

    Maybe there is a common isolator for both mirrors ? Failing that i think you are going to have to get a professional to test for power .

    How do you turn the light for the mirror on ? Is it via a sensor underneath ?
