With the parking there, it would be assumed that its regular not to fit 2 cars down the road at the same time.
He was also following the 2 tyre lines in the middle of the road and swerved to avoid you pulling...
Do you have a picture of road without snow clearly showing markings?
Vectra could argue he had to swerve to avoid you which caused his back end to fly out as you didnt give way.

To be honest, if hes gone to the hassle of identifying where the break is, sorted 2 radials @16 and is part of NIC then it should be good.
Perhaps email asking if he split the ring so you have it in writing whats been done.
Sounds good, but cramming all that into 10 weeks. Dont expect to be ready to work at the end of it, will be a good basis but they have crammed all theory and practical of 4 years into a 10 week course.

Usually theres a price for PAYE and a price for umberella, the PAYE is generally 2-3 quid less per hour to cover their costs.
If your going with an umbrella, then I would speak to other lads on site, 11 quid an hour is crap to incur those costs..........
Second question - if i spend on company card do i need to save recipt and allocate it to a job? So they can see expenditure vs income? or can i just bung all recipts in together
