Hi Shippi , from memory when this happens on our trailers it is because the pin for the non working side has not made contact in the plug . Maybe the Citroen plug is only fed from one side and just needs linking on the female , vehicle side of the plug ?
You are better off without them !
If it was a new customer , then nothing lost.
But if it was an existing one , and they feel the need to price check , they best of down the road anyway .

Hi VDE,
Is it a true split phase supply, and you are just running L1 twice .
If it is you may want to check the Hager RCD s rated to 480v , as I think from memory only schneider make one.
I may be wrong on the 2 x 23KVA giving you 2 x 100a !?
If it is true splitphase I think you need to factor more in to the equation?
If one of our more learned posters could shed some light , I would be very grateful.
As always , I am probably wrong but it sounds like you have a 480v splitphase supply at the moment , and 46KVA would give you 2 x 23KVA = 2 x 100a in incomers.
Alot of places out in the sticks used to have it , I have heard it referred to as poor mans 3ph !
They will need the swap out the...
Hi Dave , not that I have seen in side a head before , honest me lord!
But it looks pretty much standard for 69kva from UKPN .
Having said that it could have been a 60 / 80amp supply in the bungalow but we were not involved with the supply move , hence the upside down meter box as noticed by...
Nope that's the aluminium service cable .
It was about 20ft longer and made of in a bungalow , but our client had it removed / cut shorter and placed at the side of the site before they demolished the bungalow ready for new build.
Hi Bob, you say that there is just to much pipe work to trace heat but personally I would only do the hot and cold water and leave the heating pipes to fend for their selfs (with insulation ofcourse) .
If it is that cold the heating is going to be cycling anyway.
Would this make the amount of...
No live at all times
The site is in the middle of the village totally open and with 7 houses within 20m of the box which is in plain line of site just of the road !
We have a horrendous problem with certain members of the transient community at the moment in the area, they had my van over...
Well Pete, I am not a betting man but would be willing to guess it is now on a TT supply and a 16a hook up
It was connected before we knocked off last year.
In fairness it didn't take long for them to attend site and rectify , just glad one of the brickies had not attempted to sort it out .
Well it is a first for me!
Sent one of the lads out this morning to connect a couple of welfare cabins on a site in the centre of the village where our office is , and he phoned up saying that all we have is a live service cable just sitting in the box !?
This is the photo I received
Having said that the old shape 60 plate ranger I have at the moment drinks like no other vehicle I have owned , but I am told this is not so on the new shape .
Have also got a 58 plate hilux and this is by far my favourite but it is a bit agricultural inside , but good on fuel and tows like a...
Have you thought about a crew can pickup .
I found the new shape rangers to be better than a car inside and a lot of them out there have not really been worked , especially if you look for one with out a tow kit fitted and get it done for a few hundred yourself !
