Well the modules are super cheap, freely available from the likes of toolstation etc. So can buy more than you need and send 'em back if they break.
In terms of space...its a 3 phase board....loads of space surely ?

Plasterers are messy sods. Remove the switch. Clean the cables and switch - the plaster will come off super easily. If needed, a new switch costs buttons as do Wago connectors. So a storm in a teacup and not worth falling out with a tradesman over, but to be honest, on balance, this is on...

Also wheel nuts are subject to significant forces and vibration making torque settings important. Whereas Domestic Electrical installations are (generally) not subject to these forces & vibrations, and so terminal screws, if nipped up, are highly unlikely to work loose.
