It looks like it might be the south Manchester to Bredbury circuit. This is wired as as single circuit at the ends but double circuit for most of the route. I am guessing the extere set of conductors at the end is due to mechanicaly balancing the pylon and only having one road closure to fit the...
UKPN have a 71 year old linesman who is still on the poles Being an overhead linesman is 'a different world' - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-kent-50347091/the-dover-man-maintaining-power-lines-for-over-50-years
The other thing which has crossed my mind is one of the elements is faulty when hot, clamp the current when the elements are on and does it tie up with the rating of the elements.
I have seen SWER in Canada between Montral and Qubec In the case of the OP it may be an idea to have a decent local earth, cross bond to produce a local eqpotential zone within the property. Check that all circuit breakers are double pole and also have RCD protection.
Hang on, do some maths and apply brain, domestic cooker hood next to zip load put 20 A DP switch in the grid, either use the fuse module to put the fuse next to the switcch and run 1mm t+E to an outlet plate, or run 2.5 t+e to a fused outlet plate job done... The rules are trying to prevent Kw+...
I know modern art is not every one's cup of tea, but the Takis exhbition at the Tate Modern features two small working mercury arc reciferes and a lot of big magnets. Takis – Exhibition at Tate Modern | Tate - https://www.tate.org.uk/whats-on/tate-modern/exhibition/takis Closes 27th October
One thing to watch out for is relays and others isolating external test voltages. You may need to go round the instrument and follow the mains with a 500V insulation tester, testing L E and N E
I see a couple of answers:
1. A faulty customer RCD.
2. The coffe machine will have a small leak to earth and it could be taking the RCD over the limit if there are other appliances on the came circuit.

Be carefull to check the DC current breaking capacity of the fuse / Circuit breaker in this application. There is something to be said for BS88 fuse links in this application.
Hi,
Try some of the 3 phase kit from here. Hire Energy Monitors and Power Analysers | Hire | Inlec - https://www.inlec.com/electrical-test-equipment/energy-monitors-power-analysers
If you realy want it to work then you will need something to step the 12V up to about 50V or so and also be a 25Hz bridge driver, it can be done but it is a lot of work, do you know how to program a microcontroller? If however you just want a loud door bell, try FB/012/G | Grey Solenoid Fire...
Could you send a photo of all your electrics, from where the power comes in from the power company, your meter and your fuse box. I would like to know why there is a 2 written on your meter.
