    You could fit a gas boiler and supply it with 10mm cable from CU so the option is there to switch to electric at a later date. Or install both and have the best of both worlds

    That’s is up and working. Used an app called dish align to set it in the right direction then was a mix of using a sat finder and the tv to get a good signal.

    There’s a reg about not having to update plastic CU’s in domestics. But nothing like that for SPDs. As was said case by case and hope for the best. As for risk assements I won’t be doing them so will probably means fitting more RCDs.
