Registered capacity is what you set up as export limitation within inverter menu so in your case you should set it at 16A. If you would install 4 inverters, then to use SGI-1 total export on all units should be set at 16A, i.e. 4A on each inverter - so that's fine
Here, each new and existing...
In your case I would be looking at G99 SGI-1 procedure which is basically install and notify. Your inverter meets requirements of that as it's less then 32A. Just need to set export limit to 16A within inverter menu.
It's Sofar hyd 6000 ES

I don't have experience with Solis inverter but I run Sofar hybrid inverter with 2 mppt configured in parallel. It's 1 string connected to both mppt channels with Y splitter. This allows to run at full voltage per each channel but half the current
3.6kw is no longer magic figure, in certain cases you can install up to 32A with G98(install and notify)
Some kind of transfer switch will be needed to switch between normal feed and EPS feed
You can have mcs 3rd party certification, just need to call few companies to get quotes.
I enquire...
So this is 1st floor maisonnette with concrete floor, 16mm2 single insulated tails coming from dual cut out on ground floor, through steel conduit, which is used as earth with some old clamps and bare wires. Tails terminates in another cutout as per pics and then arrangement is as usual. System...

I take both of you points guys but we only testing on the day and we can't really assume how long this fault was preset, and whether it will get worst in a day or year. We also know that repair is arranged. Whether satisfactory or not, would you leave this installation...
This is interesting scenario. Seems that DNO are very slow in response to this situation. When I had similar readings on the job they were within couple of hours not months digging outside.
But assuming there is relatively new CU with tails nicely glanded and secured and all circuits RCD...
There is no requirement to install RCD protection to PV system AC cable unless it's required because of installation method as mentioned above, or manufacturer instruction insist on installing one.
Looking at MI your system should be protected by 20A OCPD
Surely that is not the case. While UK have polarised sockets most EU does not, so any devices with the plug must be designed in such a way to be safe either way they are connected, unless they are hardwired and manual specify how to connect it.
To be more specific shark fin/open door/saw tooth sign means RCD will resist surges 8/20μs up to 250A,
Selective type with non operating time of at least 40ms (S) will resist 8/20μs up to 5kA
Delayed type with non operating time of at least 10ms (G) will resist 8/20μs up to 3kA
Clean the van, isopropyl the spot where sign will go. Logo is small so you can hinge it on the top using masking tape, when you happy with the position peal 50mm of the backing off and fold it flat against the sign. Tape will hold the sign in position. All you need to do now is to run your...
The clue is in the letter S - - - > "Sh..t"
You can bypass account creation with genuine windows boot usb. It's just couple of commands during install.
You must always adhere to manufacturer specification. Specs will tell you max Vdc input from array, max Vdc per MPPT, max Isc and max recommended PV input power. With Isc you have to apply 1.25 factor to it as panel specs are given at standard test condition and at certain times they will...
