    Hi everyone , I passed my 2391 written exam in June 2011 but went on to fail on the periodic in the practical! I know it sounds daft passing the theory and failing the practical!!     Ok, if I have the 2391 do I have to join a body (NIC, ECA) to supply a certificate to domestic owner after I carry out works? Or can I fill in certificates from the regs and just hand them over? Do building control have to be notified by law??
