    Kitchen fused spurs

I'm having a new kitchen fitted... I realise it's a good idea to have accessible spurs for my appliances. Thing is I don't want the walls cluttered with spurs. Is there a maximum distance from switch to the appliance, like the idea of having the switches together, like on a grid may be. Thanks

Rating plate on the side of an appliance.

A three phase kitchen appliance is rated at 7.5kw. Now is this in total over the three phases or per phase? If over 3 phases then I guess that's 2.5kw per phase or 10.8amps per phase. The more I think about it the more I think it's over three phases.

Fused plugs in UK, not in Europe!

We also have fused plugs, which for instance might be 3 amps on a low current using device such as a mains radio.
