I have been requested to lock a PowerPoint on for a freezer. so it cant be turned off or unplugged. The only way I can think to do this is a weatherproof enclosure with a clear lid and padlock on it. But my question is this legal to have a PowerPoint locked in an on position ?? thanks -

20amp RCBO neutral fly wire only 1.5mm
Why does a 20amp RCBO come with only a 1.5mm neutral flywire when you are driving a 2.5mm power circuit. Aren't you creating a choke, & potential voltage drop. I appreciate it can carry 20amps but it doesn't make sense to me -
