    I was working in an old shop yesterday in which I have been asked to do an inspection. While there I found cables draped diagonally across the ceiling of the cellar. The unprotected choclate block is clearly a Cat 1, but what would your reaction be to the cabling?

    Certificate for DNO to supply earth?

    Done a board change this week and discovered the house has no earth(except for the 0.51ohms of the Gas!), all the earths go to the block on the side of the head but there's 0v between the block and Iine, I got the DNO out who said there has never been an earth since the head change 15 years ago...
